A thrust stage also known as platform stage or open stage, is a stage that extends into the audience on three sides, this feels like the audience is in the play. This is more of a modern stage for the plays, as they are mostly used for drama plays and sometimes used for fashion shows and display art work/ exhibition. The way for the acts to on the stage is from the backstage as most stages let their actors through the front with the audience.
